Court — Thursday

• Austin Leo Bollas made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge and two counts of a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 19. Bollas is released on his promise to appear.

• Jesse Ceniceros made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 7. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Stacy Marie Lynn made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 7. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Angel Marie White made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Ted Fisher will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 6. No additional bond is required. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• David Murindwa Gapunwa made an initial appearance through a Swahili interpreter on a public intoxication charge. Gapunwa pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Beau Allen Malcolm made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 19. Malcolm is ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days.

• Shannon Derek Keahna made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a public intoxication charge. Keahna pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the theft charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75. The fine on the public intoxication charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Breanna Harrelson made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Feb. 19. Harrelson is released on his promise to appear.

• On Thursday, a case of writing a bad check to a business was reported in the 300 block of South 12th Avenue.

Arrests

• On Thursday, Jesse Ceniceros, 34, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft-second degree-theft of a motor vehicle.

• On Thursday, Danny Fouch, 68, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.

• On Thursday, Angel White, 29, was arrested for two counts of violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.

• On Thursday, David Gapunwa, 35, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Thursday, Shannon Derek Keahna, 48, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense and theft-fifth degree.

• On Friday, Beau Malcolm, 37, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense and criminal mischief-fifth degree.
