• Jonathan Lee Robinson made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Mark Olberding was appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on March 24. Robinson is being held without bond.
• Mariyah Buckley made an initial appearance on a warrant charging her with probation violation. Ray Starks is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on March 27. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
• Amber J. Mitchell made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. Jennifer Frese is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 31. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
• Dean Hadley Fattig made an initial appearance on a failure to display registration plate charge and a driving under suspension charge. Fattig pleaded guilty to both charges. On the registration plate charge the fine is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Jose Vazquez Martinez made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Vazquez Martinez pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the stop sign charge is $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330. All payments are due within 30 days.
• Ronnie Neal made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 25 in Magistrate Court. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
• Jared Christopher Rozevink made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Rozevink pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
• Vanessa Marie Montoya made an initial appearance on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 3 with the trial rescheduled at 9 a.m. on April 9. Montoya was released on her promise to appear.
