Court — Friday

• Jamine Shonele Kincade made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Kincade pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Jacinda Christine Buchanan made an initial appearance on a providing false identification information charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 12.

• Nathan Wayne Cuellar made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 12. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Austin Allen McDanniel made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on June 23. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Alexander James Conlon made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Tyler Reichardt will act as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 19.

• Monique Lynn Woodsmall made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a driving under suspension charge. Tyler Heeren is appointed as counsel for the contempt charge. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 17. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. Woodsmall pleaded guilty to the driving under suspension charge and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Jessica Marie Thorson made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an open container charge and a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Aaron Thomas Rich made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Rich pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 on both counts. The fine on the speeding charge is $165 with a $57.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $282.75. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Skyler Christian Hendrix made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Hendrix pleaded guilty to the charge. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Benito Gomez Silverio made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Gomez Silverio not pleaded guilty to the charge and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Aug. 12.

• Nicolette Shamone Brown made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Aug. 5.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a carbon monoxide incident at 512 N. 12th Ave., two dispatched/canceled en routes to 111 N. Third Ave. and 618 W. Nevada St. and two medical assists with the EMS crew to 915 W. Merle Hibbs Blvd. and 205 N. 12th Ave.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a detector activation-no fire- unintentional at 11 E. Church St. and seven medical assists with the EMS crew to: 2500 S. Center St., 108 N. Eighth Ave., two at 3202 S. 12th St., 1 W. Grant St., 603 Lee St. and 1207 S. Fourth St.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two unauthorized burnings at 510 N. Second St. and 409 N. 15th St. and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 111 W. Webster St., 402 N. Third St., East Linn Street and South Third Avenue, 202 N. Second Ave., 207 N. Fifth Ave. and 905 Iowa Avenue West.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Highland Acres Road and West Lincoln Way, a no incident found upon arrival at dispatched address at 7 S. Seventh Ave., a carbon monoxide incident due to malfunction at 512 N. 12th Ave., a dispatched/canceled en route to 309 N. Third St. and two medical assists with the EMS crew to 301 N. 12th Ave. and 402 N. Third St.
