• Roger Wayne Lenox made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. Lenox pleaded guilty and the fine is $200 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335, due within 30 days.

• Manuel John Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and a no insurance charge. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $200 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335. The fine on the no insurance charge is $250 with a $92.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $402.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Adam John Bailey made an initial appearance through counsel, Chad Frese and Taylor Reichardt, on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing has been waived.

• Etabo Felix Kipendo made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and a speeding charge. Kipendo pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driver’s license charge the fine is $200 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335. The fine on the speeding charge is $80 with a $33 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $173. All payments are due within 30 days.
