• Tanner Lamont Vandivier made an initial appearance on an escape charge. Jeff Hazen was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on oct. 2. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Hetal Parikh Thammasatit made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain a reasonable speed charge. Thammasatit pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75, due within 30 days.
• Aaron Lee Dolash made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Dolash pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
• Oscar Sanchez made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Barry Kaplan filed and appearance on behalf of Sanchez and waived the preliminary hearing.
• Shawn Liam Branan made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Christopher William McClain made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. McClain pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50, due within 30 days.
