• Nicholas Joe Pefferman made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and an assault charge. Travis Conder filed an appearance on Pefferman’s behalf. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Nov. 18. Pefferman was released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Roberto Ivan Villasenor made an initial appearance on an assault charge and a violation of parole charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1 for the assault charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel for the parole violation charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Villasenor is being held without bond on this charge.

• Stanley Joseph Shawler made an initial appearance on three counts of a sex abuse charge, an indecent exposure charge and a exposure charge. The public defenderÕs office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 8. Bond is set at $40,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Annissa Christine Robinson made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Tyler Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 6.

• Violeta Jasmin Randhi made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Randhi pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Kimberly Dawn Johnson made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Johnson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Albee pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• A 16-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Gustavo Adolfo Dominguez Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1 in Magistrate Court.

• Dakota Blake Plante made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Plante pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Jeffery Lloyd Hood made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 1.

• Jennie Lea Salman made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Salman pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Galdino Cano Villalobos made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Cano Villalobos pleaded guilty and the fine is $347.50.
