• Jose Junior Aguilar made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge and two counts of a pre-trial release revocation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed in all cases. The two probation revocations will be heard at 3 p.m. on Dec. 7. The bond for all four is set at $25,000 cash only.
• Hussein Jamal Muwonge made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. The administrative law judge will set the date and time for the parole revocation hearing. Muwonge is being held without bond.
• Thomas Daniel Sheets made an initial appearance on 14 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 29. A substance abuse evaluation has been ordered. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Pedro Simon Aguero Jr. made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence charge and a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Dec. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered.
• Zachariah Dean Edwards made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Wesley Hoyer is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Dec. 28. Edwards is being held without bond.

• On Thursday, a case of vandalism to property while burgling a motor vehicle was reported in the 100 block of North Sixth Street.
Arrests
• On Wednesday, Salvador Magana, 28, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.
• On Wednesday, Molly Eastman, 31, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Wednesday, Pedro Aguero Jr., 32, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense and driving while license is revoked.
• On Wednesday, Aleta Alberts, 49, was arrested for operating while under the influence-third offense.
