• Jeremiah Lee Johnson made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third offense charge. Pat Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Dec. 8. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kaylor Kyle Phillips made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Dec. 15. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Agueda Jelena Diaz made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Allan Richards is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 17. Bond s set at $2,000 cash.

• Brandon Lee Schmidt made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2022, in Magistrate Court.

• Marsiano Jose Galvez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Taylor Reichardt was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 17.

• Eric Estuardo Yanez made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Yanez pleaded guilty to all charges. On the two driving under suspension charges the fines were $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $155 with a $23.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $233.25.

• Joel Paul Thayer Enrique made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Enrique pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Than Win made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. Win pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Armando Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a dark window or windshield charge. Garcia pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.50. The fine for the dark windows is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Brynn Diederichs made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. She pleaded guilty to both charges. On the no insurance-accident charge the fine is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

Diederichs asked for a continuance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge.

• On Sunday, Jeremiah Johnson, 45, was arrested for operating while under the influence-third offense.

• On Saturday, Marcos Perez Sanchez, 31, was arrested for operating while under the influence-second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Saturday, Domingo Garcia-Guevara, 57, was arrested for no insurance, operation without registration, driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended and driving while license is denied or revoked.

• On Saturday, Rogelio Minjares Simental, 35, was arrestred for driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended, driving under suspension, operating without interlock device, no insurance, providing false identification information, interference with official acts and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Saturday, Dawson Davenport, 41, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident=-property damage only, failure to maintain control, no insurance, driving under suspension and operating while under the influence-second offense.

• On Friday, Zane Dolash, 41, was arrested on a warrant.
