Court — Thursday
• Redmon Lee Keahna made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on April 18. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Michelle Renee Roberts made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Roberts pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Frankie Miller made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and an obstruction of emergency communications charge. The preliminary hearing is set at $1 p.m. on April 15. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
