Court — Friday
• Vana Ilene Spencer made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 26.
• Ryan Dale Dunn made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on May 16. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Shawn David Youngbear made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Joel Waters will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. on May 17. Bond is $1,000 cash or surety. The no-contact order has an addition to it.
• Metreauna Shardanay Shetworth Jenkins made an initial appearance on an assault with intent to inflict serious injury charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on May 26.
• Alexander Bravo Hernandez made an initial appearance on five counts of a sex abuse charge and an intent to commit sex abuse charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. Bond is set at $100,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jeremy Lewis Peerenboom made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge and a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 16. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Miles Richard Riepe made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a pre-trial release violation charge. Jeff Hazen will continue as counsel. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. The court found Riepe guilty of contempt and sentenced him to 21 days in jail with credit for time served to being immediately.
• Gavin Desautels made an initial appearance on a fail9ure to reduce speed to a reasonable rate charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on June 15 in Magistrate Court.
• Marsiano Joses Galvez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 26.
• Angela Jean Dunbar made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.
• Miguel Reyes Jr. made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Reyes pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Brenda Alexandra Mendoza made an initial appearance on an animal neglect charge. Mendoza pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
