• Jose Jesus Morales Garcia made an initial appearance for a failure to appear for a trial charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 13 with the jury trial rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Suzanne Marie Wenner made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Justin Deppe is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Oct. 6. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Sean Christopher Fleming made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Oct. 17.

• On Tuesday, Justin Sutton, 40, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, reckless driving and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Tuesday, Raul Aguirre-Rodriguez, 27, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Monday, Teagan Danner, 22, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Monday, Suzanne Wenner, 47, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.

• On Monday, Stud Alfred, 28, was arrested on a warrant.
