• Jordan Scott Parker made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The District Associate Court will set the probation revocation hearings. Bond is set at $3,000 cash or surety.
• Robert Clarence Kelly III made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The District Associate Court will schedule the probation revocation hearing.
• Joy Carmelle Keahna made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a hearing on an operating while under the influence-third offense charge. The District Associate Court will schedule the next hearing. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Lily Ana Acevedo made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 7. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A gun rights prohibition has been issued for the protected party. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Wilondja Amisi made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge. The plea hearing is scheduled for noon on April 18.
• Kevin Ray Schafer made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 17.
• Dylan Michael Aswegan made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Aswegan pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Alisha Nicole Domond made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 26 in Magistrate Court.
• Angel Marie Ferch made an initial appearance on a providing tobacco to a person under legal age charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 19 in Magistrate Court.
• Priscilla Maria Avalos failed to make an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The court found her guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Bobbi Lorraine Roberts made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Roberts pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Michael Douglas Grimes made an initial appearance on a dominion or control of a firearm or offensive weapon charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 17.
