• Carlos Jaliel Davila Romero made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set for $1,000 and $5,000 cash or surety and $2,000 cash.
• Taven Christopher Campbell made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge, a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood charge and a driving while barred charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19. Bond in the domestic cases is $2,000 cash. Bond in the driving while barred charge is $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Jimmy Allen Austgen made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge, an interference with official acts charge, an escape from custody-felon charge and a violation of parole charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing for the theft, interference and escape charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 19. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Austgen is being held without bond.
