• Maung Tin Soe made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Soe pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Richard Paul Wayne Sindt made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge and a violation of parole charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the absence from custody charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 16. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Sindt is being held without bond.
• Joshua Lee Bailey made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment charge and a probation violation charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled fot 1 p.m. on June 22. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Nikolas Pilcher is appointed as counsel.
• Jose Jesus Romero made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28.
• Jorge Lopez Lara made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and two counts of a child endangerment charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Xavier Robert Bernal made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and a violation of probation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 26 in Magistrate Court. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel for the probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
