• Omar Alejandro Cruz made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Cruz is being held without bond.
• Troy Clyde Marker made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 26. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Scott Michael Conklin made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine charge and an interference with official charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 26. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
Conklin was also seen on a parole violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Conklin is being held without bond.
• David Kagame made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court.
• Alejandro Felipe Alvarez made an initial appearance on seven counts of an invasion of privacy charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 15. Bond is set at $14,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Maria Angeles Corona made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 17 in Magistrate Court.
• Austin Cody Brown failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and an operating without a registration card charge. The court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the operation without registration is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Jennifer Lea Ferneau made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court.
• Jose Armando Gonzales Chavarria made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 26.
• Frantz Dudley Valcin made an initial appearance on a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 24 in Magistrate Court.
• William George Dixon made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Dixon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• On Tuesday, March 5, Scott Conklin, 37, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offense, interference with official acts and on a warrant.
• On Tuesday, March 5, Troy Marker, 56, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Tuesday, March 5, David Kagame, 31, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
• On Tuesday, March 5, Alan Kuuttila, 37, was arrested for theft-third degree-shoplifting.
