• Amanda Jean Riley made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Nyanchar Gatkuoth Chuol made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a disorderly conduct charge. Chuol pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $144 in court costs and other fees for a total of $264.75.

• Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Daly Lyle Bagnall made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9:15 a.m. on April 19. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Thawng Hmun Lian made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge and a driving while revoked charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 25.

• Kyle Blake Holland made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and an improper brake light charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Raul Elias Alas made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 25. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jasmine Rae Logsdon made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Logsdon pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Austin Jeffrey Poortinga made an initial appearance on a driving while license is denied or revoked charge, an operation without interlock device charge, a no insurance charge and a failure to maintain control charge. The public defender’s office is appointed charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 25.
