• On Tuesday, a theft valued under $33 was reported in the 100 block of Iowa Avenue West.

• On Tuesday, Nathan Thomas Lucas, 32, was cited for no valid driver’s license.

Arrests

• On Tuesday, Nathan Lucas, 32, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Tuesday, Samantha Collison, 37, was arrested for no proof of vaccination and dog at large.

• On Tuesday, Lar Bwe, 36, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

Court — Wednesday

• Mathew Jay Cook made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 8.

• Armando Garcia failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The court found Garcia guilty on both charges. The fine for driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $90 with a $13.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $158.50.
