• Scott Thomas Imsland made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 12 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Keies Singemasa made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Nicholas Pilcher is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Bondon Basiente made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a dark windows charge, a no insurance charge, an open container charge, two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge. Francis Hurley is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Tony Adam Harris Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving while revoked charge, an eluding charge, a driving under suspension charge, a failure to use headlamps when required charge, a speeding charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.
• Anthony James Wixom made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on July 12 in Magistrate Court.
• Embaza Shabani made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an improper registration plate charge. Shabani pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the registration plate charge s $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50.
• Hannah Leigh Bjornsen made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Eric Manning is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 19 in Magistrate Court.
• Elder Dalexandro Soto Tejada made an initial appearance on a dark windows charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 26 in Magistrate Court.
