• Jorge Vladimir Padron Pena made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and the bond is set at $2,000 cash. The arraignment hearing remains scheduled for 9 a.m. on March 18.

• Ricardo Velez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Velez is being held without bond.

• Jesus Christiano Morales made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Marial Reath Wechtour made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 3 in Magistrate Court.

The fine on the drug paraphernalia is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Michael Ralph White made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 1. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jeffrey Allen Curtis Jr. made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Curtis pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Clarence Madison made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Madison pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
