• Dylan Michael Aswegan made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 25. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Miko Kipp Youngbear made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference before a jury trial. Jeff Hazen will continue as counsel. The pre-trial conference and jury trial will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Jesus Christiano Morales made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Morales is being held without bond.

• Starla May Marie Lincoln made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 22 in Magistrate Court.

• Rigoberto Avalos Rodriguez failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Saphrona Marie Baker made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. Baker pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Miguel Angel Ibarra made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set fot 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court.

• Joseph Vaughn Burke made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 4.

• Gabriel Aguilera Negrete made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Aguilera Negrete pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Priscilla Maria Avalos failed to appear on a rabies vaccination violation charge. The court found her guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Andrew Charles Stengele III failed to appear for a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Donna Jo Does Gorsuch made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge and a trespass charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 10 in Magistrate Court.

• Francisco Aguilera Chavez made an initial appearance on a possession of cannabidiol-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 4. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Thursday, March 14, Jesse Albee, 33, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and on a warrant.

• On Thursday, March 14, Cody Radke, 38, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Thursday, March 14, Miguel Tamayo Martinez, 25, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Thursday, March 14, Dylan Aswegan, 32, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
