• Arianne Exposito made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on March 15.

• Redmon Lee Keahna made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Sara Pasquale is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. on April 5. Keahna is being held without bond.

• Ryan Arthur Widger made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 20.

• Alvena Ray Stewart made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 20. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kristi Ann Cronin made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court.

• Susan Elizabeth Manley made an initial appearance on a animal neglect-no serious injury or death charge. Manley pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Albert Lee Fields made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 3 in Magistrate Court.
