• Richard Kent Graw made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Graw is being held without bond.

• Kellen J. Nail made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 3. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
