• Byron Lee Coleman made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and an open container charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 22.

• Marisa Mae Easton made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on March 29. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety.

• Heritier Erick Manase made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on March 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Reis Spencer Nathaniel Hurley Boyd made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on March 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Eduar Cristobal Rodriquez failed to appear for an unsafe backing on highway charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the unsafe backing is $135 with a 20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Mercedes Dianne Ford made an initial appearance on an identity theft charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing isset for 9:30 a.m. on March 22.

• Joselin Chavarria made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Spencer Nathaniel Hurley Boyd made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• On Sunday, March 3, Juan Hernandez, 36, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, March 3, Marisa Easton, 55, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, March 3, Bryan Rodriguez Escamilla, 19, was arrested for carrying weapon-while intoxicated, operating while under the influence-second offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Sunday, March 3, Jorge Padron Pena, 50, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-with a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury, assault on persons in certain occupations and interference withofficial acts.

• On Saturday, March 2, Anthony Harding, 18, was arrested for no insurance-accident, three counts of failure to obey a traffic control device, driving while license is under suspension (failure to file SR-22), speeding, operating while under the influence-first offense and eluding.

• On Saturday, March 2, Dartangan Leonard, 24, was arrested for absence from custody.

• On Friday, March 1, David Carmer, 19, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-first offenser and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Friday, March 1, Cheyenne Johnson, 23, was arrested on a warrant.
