• Christopher Lloyd Loudermilk made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 12. Loudermilk is being held without bond.

• Tia Michelle Clark made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 28.

• Todd Christopher Bolar made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dustin John Cooper made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 27 in Magistrate Court.

• Clifton Dale Howell II failed to appear on a drivin under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The court found Howell guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $205 with a $30.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $290.75.

• Marshal Reece Weeden made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a person under the age of 21 using tobacco/vapor products-first offense. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 10 in Magistrate Court.
