• Jeffery James Heslop made an initial appearance on three counts of a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. Scott Hunter continues as counsel. The bond remains at $15,000 cash.

• Keaton Anthony Zielstorf made an initial appearance on a going armed with intent charge and a domestic abuse assault–display/use weapon–first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 22. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety. A no–contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jose A. Ramos Fleitas made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Michael Arleth is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Benjamin Joel York made an initial appearance on a theft–third degree charge. Arach Wilson III is acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1.
