• Pedro Daniel Rangel made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a passing too near bridge, intersection or railroad charge, a reckless driving charge and speeding charge. Arach Wilson III is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 3.
• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a probation charge. Taylor Reichardt continues as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Austin Leo Bollas made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault of pregnant person-impeding the flow of air or blood charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 25. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Halldor Ingi Eythorsson made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Eythorsson pleaded guilty and the fine is $345 with a $51.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $456.75.
• Troy Anthony Williams failed to make an appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and the court found him guilty on all counts. The fines on the driving under suspension charge is set at $250 for each charge with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50 for each charge. The fine on the drug paraphernalia charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Dari Lynn Hoosman made an initial appearance on a failure to apper for a theft-fifth degree charge and the court found her guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Sandra Joyce Eernisse made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a no insurance charge and a speeding charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
