• Blaine Douglas Hall made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense-impeding the flow of air or blood charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 8. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. The court issued a gun rights prohibition. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Lynnette M. Rasmussen made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood charge, a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 17. The court issued a gun rights prohibition. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Richard Lee Ecklor Jr. made an initial appearance on a stopping, standing or parking where prohibited charge and a driving under suspension charge. Ecklor pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine for the stopping, standing or parking where prohibited is $5 with a 75 cent surcharge and $8 in court costs for a total of $13.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Malissa Ann Desaussure mader an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Desaussure pleaded guilty to both charges. On the no insurance the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Kayla Nicole Mobley made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and a railroad vandalism-seventh degree charge. Mobley pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the trespass charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and 55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the railroad vandalism charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
