• Aik Kin made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and possession or carrying of a dangerous weapon charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kirsten Kay Bolle made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8.

• Doudou Miakanda Mikunga failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Thomas Jeremy Lopez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a violation of a restricted license charge and a speeding charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8.

• Timothy John Bullard made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation-second offense charge. The pubic defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8.

• Mauricio Tellez Mendoza made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge. Mendoza pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Blaine Micheal Gentry made an initial appearance on a reckless driving charge and a careless driving charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Selena Ericka Quezada made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• On Sunday, Nov. 19, Jose Perez Lopez, 22, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, Nov. 19, Maria Cervantes, 56, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Sunday, Nov. 19, Aik Kin, 45, was arrested for carry weapon while intoxicated and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, Nov. 19, Olivia Garcia, 30, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense, driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended, driving on wrong side of roadway and no insurance.

• On Sunday, Nov. 19, Kirsten Bolle, 35, was arrested on a warrant charging her with theft-second degree-motor vehicle.

• On Saturday, Nov. 18, Honeida Fernandez, 43, was arrested for driving under suspension-No SR 22 on file, speeding and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Saturday, Nov. 18, Logan Witt, 34, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense, speeding and no valid driver’s license.

• On Saturday, Nov. 18, Jarius Bear, 24, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense, failure to maintain control and no insurance-accident.

• On Friday, Nov. 17, Trevor Weidler, 39, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
