• Jesse J. Albee made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge, an unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 17. The preliminary hearing for the drug charges is set for 9 a.m. on March 29. Albee is being held without bond. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Terry James Angle made an initial appearance on a trespass-third offense charge. Angle pleaded guilty and the fine is $1,285 with a $192.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $1,532.75.

• Dominic Oshe Greer made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. on April 8. Greer is being held without bond.
