Feb. 13

• Roy Dylan Sanchez made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 15. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Aaron Lee Dolash made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 23. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Ethan Michael Garrett made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Garrett pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the unlawful school bus passing is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Jamie Jackelyn Martinez made and initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Alexandra Nissen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 15.

• Deanna Rae Cruz made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Cruz pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
