• Dakota Alexander Broadway made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 14.
• Roberto Claudio Fenu failed to make an appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. The court found Fenu guilty on the speeding charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75. The court set a pre-trial conference on the other charge for 9:30 a.m. on May 3 in Magistrate Court.
• Jessica Castellanos made an initial appearance on a compulsory education violation-second offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 14.
